Without doubt, the Heiwa neoprene wetsuit is one of the world’s most popular wetsuits for freediving and fishing. This is because it combines excellent compression resistance, elasticity, robustness and good value for money.

Its rubber composition is also excellent for deep diving, providing comfort and excellent thermal seal. Above all, it allows constant control of the descent without unpleasant free-fall effects that could compromise insulation or a quick and effective ascent.

The top of the range is the Smooth outer / split inner version, excellent for both fishing and pure freediving. Despite the delicacy of an unlined wetsuit, it has excellent resistance to cuts and tears. It is amazing how it always feels like a ‘second skin’ as only this type of wetsuit can.

Our wetsuits are made with ‘shaped’ rather than ‘pre-shaped’ cuts to improve the fit to every movement of the body and not just to predefined positions. These can strain the joints and generate the so-called ‘tangent’ effect, creating annoying gaps when the limbs are relaxed.

In addition, special rubberised reinforcements on the inside make this wetsuit more resistant to tearing.

It is an excellent alternative to an unlined option. It is also easy to put on without the use of lubricants and is tear-resistant. Best of all, it is reversible and can be worn inside out. When more hydrodynamics are desired, a smooth exterior is required, while to protect against cuts and abrasions, it can also be worn with an outer liner and smooth interior. This way you have two wetsuits in one that can meet different needs and uses.
